The Interop Standards, Infra & Analytics Domain exists to strengthen Ethereum’s multi-chain future by funding the open standards, infrastructure, analytics, and pilots that make interoperability possible. At its core, this round supports the adoption of the Open Intents Framework (OIF) as a public good and accelerates the shift toward a more connected, transparent, and resilient Ethereum ecosystem.

This round has three primary impact goals:

• Advance Open Data Initiatives – Ensure that Ethereum’s growth is verifiable, transparent, and accessible through open explorers, dashboards, and shared data standards.
• Build Interop Infrastructure – Fund tools, APIs, SDKs, and pilots that allow seamless coordination across L1s, L2s, and applications.

This domain funds builders, researchers, and communities working to strengthen Ethereum’s multi-chain ecosystem through interoperability standards, infrastructure, open analytics, and adoption of the Open Intents Framework (OIF). We are especially interested in projects that:

• Advance Open Data initiatives to improve accessibility, transparency, and interoperability across Ethereum applications.
• Develop and promote Ethereum Interoperability Standards to ensure seamless integration across projects.
• Build or enhance infrastructure that supports Ethereum’s multi-chain ecosystem, including tools, APIs, and protocols, with additional emphasis on solutions that advance the Open Intents Framework (OIF).
• Create analytics solutions that track usage, performance, and adoption of Open Intents-enabled applications.
• Research Ethereum interoperability, user behavior, and framework optimization to inform best practices.
• Run pilot programs that demonstrate practical implementations of OIF standards in real-world applications.
