• we’re not ready yet for V2 but want to start conversation
• too restrictive and limited that many DAOs use it

• So basically we have a token (i.e. OP) and we want other communities to join around this token, which results in forming a large community around that token (instead of how it is now where you have a community and allow people to join). Think of it in terms of USD and people forming around
• Link to Gnosis Safe, upload text file and sign a Covenant for the community, we want the strategies to be signed from a Gnosis Safe (not confirmed)

Main project goal

• Keep current security
• fun and easy to set up
• move from DAO to token-states
• we want communities to have way more funding strategies beyond Conviction Voting while keep the core of the Gardens which is the Covenant
• Set up communities that are linked around the tokens
• custom treasury strategies like Snapshot
  • Conviction Voting (exists)
  • Quests (disputable bounties)
  • QF
  • Registry of confirmed community members (people vouching for other people) and building gov around that subset of people
• Easy to set up a community and be immutable
• You show support to the community by funding it, or even staking
• Have $10k for now to build V2 and need to raise for more funding
