Prospective participants for this round must propose an event that supports community education, local engagement, or ecosystem growth aligned with the Stellar network - especially in regions without an existing Stellar Ambassador chapter.

🎯 Note: This round is also a way to get noticed by the Stellar Development Foundation - they’re scouting for future Ambassador Chapter Leaders. If you’re already organizing in your local community or want to grow a Stellar presence where one doesn’t exist, this is your chance to shine!

To propose your event and apply to participate in this QF round, follow the steps below:

1. Create your project on Giveth
   • In the project description, be sure to include detailed information about your proposed event and any relevant experience.
     • If your project is accepted into the round, donors will be looking at your project description when deciding to support you.
   • Add Stellar wallet address to your project profile. This is where donations and matching funds will be sent.
2. Fill out the application form

• Project application period: July 21, 2025 → August 6, 2025
• Projects admitted on a rolling basis
• KYC Deadline to submit: ****August 12, 2025
• QF round (donation period): August 19, 2025 → September 2, 2025
• Matching funds distribution: by September 17, 2025 ****
