In order for a donation made during the Stellar QF round to qualify for matching it must meet the following eligibility requirements:

✅ Donation Requirements

• Donations must be made on the Stellar network
• Donations must be made within the active QF round period
• Each donor must be a unique human individual
• Donation size must be equivalent to at least 1 USD
• Donor must be unique
• Only “first-touch” donations count - any funds found to be recirculated with projects will not qualify for matching

Uniqueness & Sybil Resistance

For this round, Giveth will conduct manual Sybil analysis using available on-chain tools and data. At this time, no additional verification (e.g. Passport) is required.

Our team will monitor for suspicious behavior such as:

• Multiple donations from the same individual via different wallets
• Known bad actors or bot-like patterns
• Round manipulation attempts (e.g., collusion, mass small donations)

Giveth and the Stellar Development Foundation reserve the right to disqualify donations deemed ineligible or manipulative.

⚠️ Disqualifying Factors

Donations will not qualify for matching if:

• The donor is found to have donated using multiple wallets / multiple identities to the same project
• The donor is identified as part of a known Sybil network
