Who is here, how are you feeling today, your intention for the call, and what’s your current challenge:

Nikola - share some feedback and ideas

Juanka - here to support

Heather - joining for about 20minutes before going for a bike-ride

Agenda:

**Idea: Build short-term and long-term goals for giveth Gravity

Some short-term goals:**

Goal #1

Help define an offboarding system, this is not Gravity’s job, we have to get together with the hr team and brainstorm on ideas how to separate escalated feedback from Gravity cases

Nikola - from my observation often times cases coming through the escalated feedback are more around someone not doing their job and less around personal conflicts, how do we define a process for offboarding contributors if they don’t do their job - should it be part of the buddy system or something that should go through some type of hr process?

Goal #2

Essentials session on how to handle conflicts from soft to hard + how cases are being managed in Giveth:

  1. Step - catch things early, don't let it grow = provide the contributor with your honest feedback for their buddy review call (catch in early stages, noticing dissatisfaction with some aspects of contributor's work)

Nothing changes after a grace period of x?

  1. Step Initiate a direct honest human conversation with the person you want to provide feedback. (This is when the problem, or issue doesn't change or grow) A well-handled direct conversation on a personal level brings a bit of seriousness and provides the opportunity for growth for both parties involved.

Nothing changes after a grace period of - X?

  1. Contact the gravity team and ask for a mediation session. That's where it becomes like the last call...

We may have to develop a completely new and separate gravity Typeform - yet keep it simple

How are cases managed in Giveth:

  1. A conflict is usually identified when HR receives an Escalated Feedback form and a Gravity case is opened or the Gravity team is contacted directly by contributors who have experienced a conflict and need a Graviton’s help or mediation.
  2. The case is assigned and reviewed by an active graviton, who works with the parties involved to assess the situation and gather more details.
  3. The Graviton will assess the scale of conflict and schedule a mediation session for all parties involved.
