What is the best way for us to have a presence in Giveth?
How can we dive in and move some things forward?
- Create Giveth typeform
- Review Gravity typeform & adapt for Giveth.
- Ben took notes on edits.
- Consider including NVC framework within the typeform. Observation, Feeling, Need, Request.
- Waiting on confirmation from Griff that we can add a Gravity typeform to the Giveth account.
- Waiting on login info from Ashley.
- Create a Giveth Gravity typeform.
- Does typeform intetgrate with ZenHub? Where do we save this data?
- ZenHub board for processing conflicts
- TEC Gravity ZenHub is the same for internal administrative stuff & processing conflict.
- Tags/Categories/Boards — Do we want to have 1 for administrative internal things & 1 for formal conflict resolution cases?
- 1 for conflicts
- 1 for non conflicts
- Do we reate a completely new board or repository under Giveth or is this a subset of a pre-existing one?
- Repository doesn’t make as much sense for non-technical things
- Create repository, leave it alone. Create planning board for the repository and that’s what we’ll use. Is this right?
- Process
- Package the process really simply & clearly. Both Gravity & Giveth can benefit from this.
- How can we make the process as simple as possible for Giveth Gravity? And not get caught up in the minutia/project management.
- Spend most of our time doing the thing.
- Outline documentation on how we use ZenHub and what we report throughout mediation process.
- Forest to outline documentation around the actual mediation process.
- How to clarify & streamline the relationship process/onboarding/transition/payment between Gravity & outside organizations onboarding Gravity.
- Like a consulting agency? In house rep, onboarding/training process, a la carte options like documentation creation, hosting sessions, etc.
- DeWork & claiming bounties?
- Subject Matter Experts
- Are there people who have formal designations of SMEs within Giveth?
- Do we identify a short list of these people ahead of time who are interested and hold SME title? Or they at least know who to ask?
- Or do we just flow as it arises?
- Block time for working.
